Adult patients with a potentially emergent medical condition that would otherwise call up their a nurse triage to determine if they need to go into the ER.
Adult patients who are anxious about their condition and are waiting for their upcoming appointment.
Adult patients with busy schedules and are experiencing a non-emergent medical condition and do not have time to see their physician but want home-care advice.

Personae 1
Kathy Carter is a 22-year old Stanford college student, she is in her finals period and is experiencing aches and occasional chills. She is annoyed that she has fallen sick and has tried taking Echinacea and Vitamin C, she wants to know if she can take any other over the counter medicine without having to come in to see the doctor.

Jim Milikes is a 35 year old executive that hurt his ankle playing soccer. He experienced sharp pain moving it, and is the ankle is now swollen. He lives alone and doesn't have anyone to take him to the ER, before he calls a friend to drive him down, he needs to know if the swelling will subside tomorrow.
