A combination of changing market mechanisms and emerging technologies is fueling new opportunities for for-profit education and training organizations. However, the extensive interaction of these firms with the public sector presents special challenges. This course focused on for-profit education firms in K-12, higher education and corporate training. Each portion consisted of presentations by the instructors, students and guest speakers representative of the key players in each of those industry segments.
