Schizophrenia Simulation

I am recording video for a second life project. I am interested in how people use games to teach. Here is a simulation in the Sedig area of Second Life to educate families about schizophrenia. To access the simulation directly in Second Life go to Sedig (32,40) Aparently about 1% of Americans suffer from this mental disorder affecting people in their late teens and early twenties.

The simulation is pretty scary. I recorded and edited the video but admittedly I have listened to it. It contains hallucinagenic voices images many of which emphasize death and suicide. The material is not suitable for young audiences and may not be suitable for the workplace. View the video here.
