In LA this week!

Woo hoo! I flew down to LA to attend a series of conferences and networking events.
I'll be in LA attending E3. Things I'm thinking of checking out

• Reinventing Public Diplomacy Through Games Awards Ceremony Monday, May 8, 20063:00PM - Some peers from my Montgomery College course may be receiving an award at this event. Speakers include Cory Ondrejka and John Seely-Brown. The objective is to see how games can bring about cultural awarness.


• Girls in Games Conference Tuesday May 9 - Several women I respect will be speaking at this event.


• Games for Health - Tuesday May 9 (tentative) I'm interested in attending this conference. I'm curious if I'll gain ideas that will help me with my master's project.
  
• IGDA Event - Tuesday May 9


• Diverse Professionals in the Video Game Industry Event - Tuesday May 9


• E3 Conference - Wednesday May 10 - 12 - I'll be working at the Namco booth helping players learn about new mobile games.
