Studying Women's Story/Adventure Preferences (vignette)

Here are some questions I am asking female non-gamers

1. What are your favorite movies? Why?
2. If you were planning a sleepover party for 10 women friends what must be in the movie for everyone to like it?
3. Do you day dream? What do you daydream about when you are standing in the grocery line? Did you daydream as a child? What did you daydream about when you were a little girl? Seems to work better as a question, less personal.
4. Why don't you play games?
5. If you were to design an adventure or excursion for yourself what would it be?

I fundamentally believe that games are stories. Most women don't see stories that engage any of their fantasies. Most women don't long to run around killing or blowing things up. These questions attempt to get at what are the fantasies of women.

I am googling for lists of movies women like. Of course all I get are adult sites. Sad how the internet doesn't represent women. Women have such a minority voice in tools besides games.
