Abstract
High schoolers today are making career decisions based on very limited information, despite the explosion of networking opportunities and information resources available on the Internet. When it comes to careers, students are still relying on people they know, or statistics they read, to learn about careers of interest. Very few students get the chance to learn about prospective careers through their own experience, despite the proven importance of experience in choosing a satisfying career.
