Tshivenda was the brain child of an excellent group of LDTers for a final project in Education 391X: Web-Based Technologies in Teaching and Learning.
Claudia Jimenez, Hannah Cho, Junko Tanaka, Lin Hur, and I bonded together to create a tool for web-based learning. The goal was to use the internet to assist parents to create dialogue on issues of character through a series of interactive question and answer based scenarios. We received positive results during our assessment from parents and teachers and hope that children and parents can have strong, meaningful conversations about character through the assistance of our website.
