Common Frustrations & Areas of Improvement
Common Frustrations::
The following are a list of frustrations expressed by all three of the users
1. Disliked the lack of scoring or feedback about their visual abilities
User #1 indicated during his session, "Where's my point system? Show me how I get better . . . well I guess that's a really hard thing for software to do."
2. Confused by the non text-based instructions
User #2 expressed in her interview that the difficulty of navigation and understanding the rules of each exercise prevented her from focusing on the visual thinking skills being promoted by the software. [movie clip] After completing the guided fantasy section she was disappointed that the "answer" (i.e. what the image-less sounds were supposed to be describing) was not given.
