VizAbility™ is a modular "visual thinking kit", designed to help users discover, explore and improve their natural visual abilities.

Our goal:

• review VizAbility™ from an educational standpoint
• perform user studies
• propose a redesign that increases the product's educational value.

We hope to provide the creators of VizAbility™ with new insights that will improve VizAbility's™ ability to teach visual thinking.

Who Created VizAbility™ ?

Created by Kristina Hooper Woolsey, Scott Kim, Gayle Curtis, and MetaDesign, VizAbility™ was originally developed for college level engineering, mathematics and computer science students. It has shown success with younger students and teachers, as well as management and group training seminars.
