Entering Information on the Scoresheet
For each batter who comes to the plate, an entry is made on the scoresheet. The batter may do one of many things: ground out to the shortstop, fly out to right field, single up the middle, or strike out. She may bunt her way on, line out to the 3rd baseman, or foul out. There are codes for each of the possibilites. Many of them depend on the numbers you memorized in the last lesson.
