1. Kinsasha, Zaire

June 5, 1996

Visit Livingston Falls- One of many the many magnificent falls along the Congo River. After visiting the falls, visit Lovanium- Republics oldest university and center for education.

-stay at a bed and breakfast

June 6, 1996

Lose passports and stay a day in the American Embassy/ Travel mi. by train to Zamina, Zaire.

-sleep on train

June 7,8,9, 1996

Visit Umpemba National Park- here we will see many of Africa's wild plants and animals. Attend a native dance that night.

-sleep at bed and breakfast

June 10, 1996

Take a train to Lubumbashi, Zaire/ spend the remainder of the day visiting the cities trade center/ chief center of trade with Zambia and South America

-stay night in hotel

June 11, 1996

Hitchhike to Lusaka, Zambia/ visit Kariba dam/ major source of electrical power for mines, over 420 feet tall

June 12, 1996

K.U.P. day/ just rest

Take a train to Harare, Zimbabwe/ Visit the amazing buildings and the University of Zimbabwe

Take a plane to Maputo, Mozambique- the states largest port/ spend two days at the beach in Delagoa Bay

June 16, 1996

Hike to Gabborone, Botswana/ tour the National Assembly/ go to a sporting event/ and mingle with the natives

June 17,18, 1996

take a train to Windhoek, Namibia/ rest on the 17th / on the 18th visit German castles outside of town/ Namibia was a German colony in the late 19th century and early 20th century

June 19, 1996

rent a car and drive to Walvis Bay/ spend a day at the beach and relax

-spend the night in a hotel
